Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R: Price Hike, Features, Review 2025
- As we all know Kawasaki has designed the ultimate 1000 cc bike which is Kawasaki Ninja H2.
- It’s a really stunning bike with a supercharged engine no other bike can match the performance of the h2.
- So Kawasaki decided to upgrade their Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R which is already a popular bike.
- In 2021 company completely changed the front fairing of the bike & riding position.
- And when I first saw these changes on the bike I was amazed to see these changes.
- Now let’s look at new features that make Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R a road-going missile.
- We are familiar with the old 2020 Ninja ZX-10 R which has two symmetrical headlights on the front.
- But just like Kawasaki Ninja H2, this new ZX 10 R delivers maximum aerodynamic performance.
- When you look at the front faring of the bike you will see sharp winglets.
- These winglets are designed to create downforce and help to keep the front end on the ground.
- Besides this, the previous Ninja ZX10R was equipped with halogen dual headlights.
- But in 2023 our powerful ninja ZX-10 R gets smaller premium-led headlights that further enhance visibility at night.
- In between the headlight, there is a passage for engine breathing.
- Actually through this passage air comes into the engine and creates the turbocharging effect.
- This technology called Ram Air Induction technology it can be found on various bikes.
- As Kawasaki said new ZX-10 is designed for track performance due to this they have added a tall windscreen.
- By having this tall windscreen when you tuck in air will pass easily above the rider.
- As a result, top speed can be achieved easily with less amount of air drag.
- Just like the older ninja side fairing remains the same with some space to pass the hot engine air.
- On the other hand, the saree guard has been removed because it’s not a pillion-friendly bike.
- Moving on the speedometer unit is completely new and easy to use.
- The speedometer is an all 4.3” TFT digital color instrument with a selectable screen background of black & white.
- It shows gear position, upshift indicator, odometer, dual trip meter, water temp, average fuel, boost pressure, etc.
- Now moving on to the rear tail position is high just like another superbike.
- And we all know that these superbikes are not meant for city rides with a pillion.
- At the rear, you will get Led Taillight and led Indicators with a new design.
- But I like the BMW S 1000 RR because its brake lights are integrated with indicators.
- And license plate holders and lights can be easily removed with a small effort.
Kawasaki ninja ZX10R Colors
- In 2023 Kawasaki have added two new colors to the ZX10-R.
- But Kawasaki is offering only two colors option with the Ninja ZX-10R.
- Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R colors are Lime Green and pearl Robotic White color.
- Besides this company is also offering KRT Edition color with Green/Ebony & Pearl Blizzard White.
- This Ninja ZX-10R KRT Edition looks cool and it’s popular I think the company should offer more colors.
- And BMW is also offering two colors S 1000 RR and M 1000 RR.
Kawasaki ninja zx10r 2025 specs
- This new 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is using a 998 cc 4-stroke, in-line four 16-Valve liquid-cooled engine.
- And this engine develops 203 bhp but with RAM air assist it pumps 213 bhp & 114 Nm torque.
- And delivering all this power to the rear wheel is a 6-speed gearbox with KQS (Kawasaki Quick Shift).
- It means after 1st gear you can shift gears without using the clutch and downshift as well.
- I am telling you this Ninja ZX-10R is road going missile all you need is the open flat road.
- Ans it has an aggressive riding position handlebar is lower and the foot pegs are set 5 mm high than the previous one.
- This means this bike is great for track use and if you are thinking about taking this bike for longer rides.
- This aggressive riding position will not let you do this at any cost.
- I forgot to mention Kawasaki has added a new Air Cooled Oil Cooler below the water radiator.
- It actually cools the engine oil by passing through the Oil cooler.
- This oil comes into the oil cooler from the left side cools down and enters the engine from the right side.
- And it works independently and is not connected to the water radiator circuit.
- Kawasaki also said that the new Ninja ZX-10R gets a valve train inspired by WORLDSBK.
- This 998 cc engine has a Finger-Follower valve actuation that enables a higher rev limit & more aggressive cam profile.
- Together deliver the mind-blowing performance you will know it when you will ride this amazing machine.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Suspension
- Moving on to suspension up front we have Showa’s advanced 43 mm Balance free forks (BFF).
- This suspension comes from the WorldSBK racing to give a performance during riding.
- Besides this, the rear company is offering horizontal back-link rear suspension.
- It features a compact and lightweight Showa balance-free cushion to provide comfort and sports performance.
- This suspension I don’t think gives you comfortable riding but for track use, they offer great performance.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Brakes
- Ninja ZX-10 R is provided with one of the best brakes on the market.
- Up front, Kawasaki has provided a pair of 330 mm semi-floating discs that deliver superb braking force.
- The brake system features dual radial mounted Brembo M-50 cast aluminium Monobloc callipers.
- These are Brembo’s highest-grade mass-production brake calipers.
- And at the rear Ninja ZX-10R gets a 220 mm disc with a single bore pin-slider caliper.
- Lastly, want to say Brembo is one of the well-known companies providing brakes to various superbikes & cars.
- Ducati Panigale V4 super bike and Bugatti Veyron
Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Seat Height
- As I said at the start of this blog Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R has more aggressive riding than before.
- But if you are more than 6 feet tall and more you can easily put your both feet on the ground.
- And if you are near 5’6” or something it might be difficult for you to keep both feet on the ground.
- And Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R seat height is 835 mm (32.9 in) and even BMW S1000 RR has the same 835 mm seat height.
- Apart from that Kawasaki Ninja H2 has an 830 mm (32.7 in) seat height 5 mm less than the ZX-10R.
- Ducati Panigale v4Sp also has an 835 mm seat height.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Top Speed
- Guys as we all know that due to gentle man’s agreement all superbike top speeds are limited to 299 kmph.
- It’s necessary because of safety regulations and you need a long flat highway road to hit top speeds.
- So Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R’s top speed is 299 kmph and the bike has the potential to hit more than 300 kmph speed.
- If 299 kmph is not enough for you then Kawasaki Has Ninja H2R that is able to achieve 400 kmph top speed.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Mileage
- I think if you are having a high-performance bike you would not focus on the mileage.
- Because the bike designed for performance can’t deliver good mileage.
- And the bike that is designed for mileage can’t deliver performance.
- But I will tell you the real mileage of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R mileage.
- Actually, Kawasaki has added a feature that shows real-time mileage and distance covered.
- Next, you need to reset the fuel and kilometre by pressing the reset button on the left side of the grip.
- And ride the bike and it will show you the exact mileage figure.
- So Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R’s mileage is 15.8 kmpl or 9.8 MPG combined.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Max Speed
- As tested on open highways Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R’s max speed is 299 kmph.
- And the speedometer doesn’t show more than 299 kmph max speed.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR (Limited Edition) 2023
- We talked a lot about the Ninja ZX-10R but many people don’t know that there is a Ninja model with more performance.
- Because present time competition is getting higher and higher.
- Ducati has Panigale V4 and V4 S and they also have a high-performance Superleggera V4.
- And BMW also has S 1000 RR but they also have a more powerful and lightweight BMW M 1000 RR.
- A similar case with the Suzuki GSX-R1000R but they also have Suzuki GSX1000RZ
- To compete with these superbikes Kawasaki also launched a limited production bike called Ninja ZX-10RR.
- Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR is a limited production track-focused single-seat model.
- In this bike, the company has added high-performance lightweight parts.
- Pankl Lightweight pistons and high-performance titanium connecting rods.
- Also, Intake and Exhaust valve springs are new, and Pirelli Diablo supercross SP tires are also featured in this bike.
- The nice thing about Ninja ZX-10RR is Kawasaki is offering Marchesini Forged wheels & fine-tuned suspension settings.
- Now forged Marchesini wheels are seven-spoke multi-directional aluminium rims.
- Developed by Marchesini provides lighter handling, especially when changing direction.
- And if we talk about the specification of the ZX-10RR is exactly the same as the regular ZX-10R.
- I have mentioned all the dimensions and specifications below so you can see them. READ MORE

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Expert Opinion
- After searching and reading about the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R a lot.
- I came up with the opinion that the Ninja ZX-10R is one of the most affordable bikes.
- It’s not only affordable but offers mind-blowing performance.
- And most people still like the design of the 2020 Ninja ZX-10R.
- After adding a new front fairing that looks like the Kawasaki Ninja H2 it becomes more aerodynamic.
- This time company added a new wide handlebar and foot pegs further set 5 mm higher than the previous bike.
- And there is a new 4” TFT touch added to provide full info about the bike.
- Now if you buy Ninja ZX-10R standard it will come as a single seater but I think there is an option of the pillion seat.
- But the thing I personally didn’t like is its riding position it’s more aggressive than the previous one.
- I am saying that when you sit on the bike & put your foot on the pegs.
- Your knees get high it’s good when you are riding on the track but not comfortable when you are on the road.
- Ninja ZX-10R is not a comfortable bike but after spending some time you will get used to it.
- Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is also available in a smaller capacity engine called Ninja ZX-6R.
I Like
- Aerodynamic Design.
- Engine Performance.
- Electronic Riding Aid.
I Don’t Like
- Aggressive Riding position.
Guys in this blog I have tried to show information on the newly launched Ninja ZX-10 R as much as possible.
